Deja has supported cultural strategy for the like of The Home Depot, T-Mobile and Mtn.Dew, Pizza Hut and many more. 

She is recognized as a thought leader in the advertising industry, and is committed to using her platform as the first African American female president of the American Advertising Federation of Dallas 23-24 to advocate for greater inclusivity in business and industry.
